Your Safety and Privacy
To create a safe, respectful, and professional experience for everyone, please follow these essential safety and privacy guidelines. These rules are designed to protect you and ensure positive, enjoyable interactions on our platform.
1. Never Share Your Personal Phone Number or Email Address with Clients
- Use a secondary contact method, like a separate SIM card, and keep all communication through the platform whenever possible. Sharing personal contact details is against our terms and conditions and can compromise your privacy and safety.
2. Never Share Your Exact Home Address or Neighborhood
- Only mention your city or district. Avoid giving specific location details that could affect your safety.
3. Do Not Share Your Address
- Refrain from sharing any identifiable information, like your home address, company name, or university name. This keeps your location private and secure.
4. Never Accept Rides from Clients, and Do Not Offer Rides to Clients
- Always meet clients in a public location. Use your own trusted transportation to and from the meeting point.
5. Do Not Consume Alcohol or Any Intoxicating Drugs During or Before Your Activity
- To keep things professional, avoid alcohol and drugs. Our platform is family-friendly, and we expect all activities to be conducted with a clear mind and a professional attitude.
6. Never Accept Requests from Clients Related to Dating, Sex, or Hookups
- If a client brings up these topics, politely let them know that this isn’t allowed. You can mention you’re in a relationship if necessary. Explain that this behavior may result in account suspension. After the activity, please report the client discreetly, and we’ll take further action without disclosing your identity.
7. Never Offer Anything Related to Dating, Sex, or Hookups to Clients
- Offering or accepting any form of dating, sexual, or intimate requests will result in an immediate account ban. We have strict measures in place to keep interactions safe and professional. Please follow our terms and conditions to protect yourself and others.
8. If a Client is Rude, Angry, Insulting, Abusive, or Gives You a Creepy Vibe
- If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, you’re fully entitled to end the activity. Politely excuse yourself, mentioning an emergency with a family member if necessary, and leave using your own transportation. Once you’re in a safe location, please inform us immediately so we can handle the situation. Ensuring respectful, kind, and professional interactions is our top priority.
9. Never Meet Clients at Their Home Address or Private Office
- Politely decline invitations to meet at a client’s home, private office, or any secluded area. Always insist on meeting in public places with a higher level of security and visibility, like malls, cafes, or sports venues.
10. Avoid Meeting Clients at Bars, Isolated Parks, or Any Location That Could Put You in Danger
- Choose well-populated, safe public places such as shopping centers, restaurants, and sports arenas. Avoid isolated parks, secluded areas, or bars that might increase your risk.
11. Report Unusual or Suspicious Behavior Promptly
- Trust your instincts. If a client acts suspiciously or makes you uncomfortable, or if they contact you repeatedly outside of scheduled activities, report this behavior to our support team. We take such reports seriously to maintain a safe environment.
12. Set Clear Boundaries and Follow Them
- Know your comfort zones. Before meeting with clients, set clear personal and professional boundaries. Whether it’s limiting the session length or setting conversation limits, always feel empowered to enforce these boundaries. Your comfort and safety come first.
13. Keep Emergency Contacts Informed
- Share your plans with someone you trust. Tell a family member or friend about your meeting location and expected return time. Check in with them before and after the activity to ensure added security.
14. Familiarize Yourself with Emergency Procedures
- Have a plan. In case of an emergency, know how to exit the situation safely. Be aware of nearby exits, and keep your phone charged so you can reach out if needed.
By following these guidelines, you’re helping us create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all freelancers and clients. Thank you for committing to these practices.
